It may happen that due to a logistics error your order is delivered incomplete. If this is the case and products are missing, please contact customer service as soon as possible so that your issue can be resolved.
Different order
Just as an order may be incomplete, it is also possible that you receive a completely different order. If this is the case, we recommend filling in a return form, stating Incorrect product received. When you return the product to us, we will send you the correct item upon receipt.
Received with damage
Sometimes your parcel may be damaged during delivery. If the parcel looks very damaged, it is best to refuse it. If you do accept it, ask the delivery driver to fill in a damage report. If you discover something is damaged after opening, please fill in a return form as soon as possible stating Transport damage.
Returns
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs of returning the product from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, you can contact us at info@magnetelager.de or download the return form directly above. We will then refund the order amount owed within 14 days of receiving your return notification, provided the product has already been received back in good order.Return address
